PROPOSED STONE PACKAGE

Fabrication, installation and finish coordination

The proposed stonework connects the lobby floor, north wall and reception desk, with coordinated borders, baseboards and transitions.

Stone supplied by others.As stated in Tech Crew’s quote request. Confirm the supplying party, approved stock and delivery arrangements before fabrication.

Floors and borders

Fabricate and install the scheduled stone fields, borders and thresholds. Coordinate brass inlays, finished heights and joints through the circulation spaces.

North-wall panels

Coordinate panel sizes and seams with available slab dimensions, the revised light boxes, edge profiles and approved attachment details.

Reception stone

Fabricate the marble front and sides, together with the scheduled counter and base surfaces. Approve the veining, corner details and millwork support.

Base and transitions

Coordinate returns at doors and connections to wood, wallcovering and adjacent finishes. Confirm the retained entry surfaces against the drawing revisions.

Scope shown for coordination. Final inclusions follow the agreed proposal and approved drawings. Elevator work and other-trade responsibilities require separate confirmation.

Material names follow the supplied drawing schedule. Physical samples, drawing revisions and approved shop drawings govern final construction.

PROJECT REVIEW

From the drawings to the finished lobby

Lobby and reception

Review the floor border, wall-panel joints, reception veining and the connections between stone and wood.

Hallway

Coordinate the continuous floor treatment, stone base, wallcovering and bronze accents.

Elevator coordination

The elevator view shows the architect’s intended finishes. Confirm the elevator contractor’s scope and approved floor assembly separately.

Samples and final details

Approve physical finish samples and shop drawings after field measurements. Furniture and decorative lighting in the renderings illustrate the design intent and require final selection.
